The Prosecutor General's Office has established the facts of provocative reports on the social networks and the clips of the extremist organization Democratic Choice of Kazakhstan.
In them, the head of this organization Mukhtar Ablyazov and his followers call upon citizens of Kazakhstan to go out at meetings on June 23, 2018.
Zhanar Akhmetova, Bota Jardemali and others hiding from Kazakhstan's justice abroad are actively assisting Ablyazov in the propaganda of DCK's ideas and meetings
Their actual goal is to politicize the criminal prosecution, to evade criminal responsibility in Kazakhstan for the committed grave and especially grave crimes.
For the filming of the broadcast video on Ablyazov's money in Kiev is hired an advertising agency, professional actors are selected and actors with Asian appearance.
In fact, they are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The content of the videos is not true and is aimed at fomenting social strife and enmity in the Kazakhstan society.
There is a video "Teachers go to Ablyazov meeting" on June 12 of the current year on "YouTube", where one of the actresses, chosen in Kiev, played the role of "young Kazakh teacher".
In another video in YouTube, a young man allegedly working in Kazakhstan and calling people to a meeting on June 23 this year, Ablyazov’s nephew, Amangeldiev Aidar, left Kazakhstan in 2009.
Now he studies in one of the expensive universities in Scotland - "Glasgow Caledonian", where the annual fee for tuition and living is 20 thousand pounds sterling or 9 million tenge.
We remind you that the court since March 13, 2018, is prohibited the "DCK" activities throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The General Prosecutor’s Office again explains that any participation in the activities of the extremist organization "DCK" and its financing entails criminal liability in accordance with articles 258 and 405 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Appeals to participate in meetings directly violate the provisions of the Law "On the order of organizing and holding peaceful assemblies, rallies, processions, pickets and demonstrations."
To conduct public actions, it is necessary to obtain the permission of the local executive body by submitting the relevant application no later than 10 days before the scheduled date for its holding.
To date, there weren’t any such applications in akimats for holding meetings on June 23 the current year.
In this regard, the meetings will be illegal, for the organization and participation in which liability is provided under Article 488 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, up to the arrest for 15 days.
In accordance with the powers provided for in the Law on the Prosecutor's Office, we urge all citizens to strictly observe the legality and requirements of the current Kazakh legislation, not to succumb to provocations and not to commit offenses.
