In the Prosecutor's office of Almaty city there was held a meeting of the First Deputy Prosecutor General Mr. I.Merkel with the delegation of the judicial and law enforcement bodies of the Republic of Turkey.
The Director of the Institute of the Prosecutor General’s office Ms.S.Tursynbekova, the Prosecutor of Almaty city Mr.B.Assylov, employees of the structural subdivisions of the Prosecutor General's office and Prosecutor's office of Almaty took part at the meeting.
The First Deputy Prosecutor General of Kazakhstan, informed the Turkish side about the main challenges facing the prosecution, noted that one of the most important directions of improvement of the activities of oversight bodies is to study the international experience of combating crime.
In this context, Mr.I.Merkel emphasized the positive role of the justice Academy of Turkey, which actively supports the professional development of employees of the Prosecutor's office of Kazakhstan.
Following the meeting, the head of the Kazakh delegation expressed hope for further fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation based on mutual trust and respect.
In turn, the Head of the Turkish delegation Vice President of the Academy of justice, the judge Mustafa Artuc thanked for the warm welcome, informative information and expressed readiness for further fruitful cooperation with the Prosecutor's office of Kazakhstan on issues of improvement of qualification and scientific exchange.
