New appointments in procuratorial bodies

Personnel appointments were made in the Chief Transport Prosecutor's Office, prosecutors' offices in Almaty, Pavlodar, Mangistau and South-Kazakhstan Regions by the General Prosecutor Kairat Kozhamzharov’s order on February 16, 2018.

Taking into account the practical experience, seniority and the presence in the personnel reserve of the prosecutor's office of the first category, the following officers were nominated for higher positions.

Justice Adviser Zhazira Alikovna Nurlybekova, born in 1979 was appointed the first deputy of the Chief Transport Prosecutor. The length of her service in the prosecution authorities is more than 15 years, 8 of them have been in the Central board of the General Prosecutor's Office.
She started her career in the prosecutor's office of the Almaty region. She is a graduate of Boston University, Massachusetts (USA) on the "Bolashak" international program.

She was repeatedly conferred with departmental awards for high performance in the employment activity.

The senior adviser of justice Marat Serikuly Toyzhan, born in 1977 is appointed the deputy of the prosecutor of Almaty region. His experience is 20 years in the prosecutor's office and he has sufficient experience in the Central board of the General Prosecutor's Office.
He worked at various positions, including the senior ones in Prosecutor's Office of Mangystau Region. He is a candidate of Juridical Sciences.

He has been the prosecutor of Beineu district and Zhanaozen city from 2006 to 2012, he is the prosecutor of Aktau city of Mangystau region since June 2016.

He was awarded the medal "Zhauyngerlik yerligi ushin" for significant contribution to strengthening the rule of law and order, the improvement of the prosecutor's supervision by the Decree of the Head of State.

The senior adviser of justice Yerzhan Yergalievich Bulegenov, born in 1978, was appointed deputy prosecutor of the South-Kazakhstan region. The length of his service in the prosecution authorities is 18 years, 3 years of which are in the Central Board of the General Prosecutor's Office.
He began his career in the prosecutor's office in Astana. He held the position of the prosecutor of the Yesil district of Astana and Kokshetau of the Akmola region from 2009 to 2015. He has been the prosecutor of Pavlodar since 2015.

He was awarded the medal "Zhauyngerlik yerligi ushin" and "Astana’s 10th anniversary" for his achievements in the supervisory activity.

The adviser of justice, born in 1981 Berik Zhumazhanuly Kulmahambet was appointed the Prosecutor of Aktau city of Mangistau region.  The length of his service in the prosecution authorities is 15 years.

He served at various positions including the senior ones in the prosecutor's offices of the Almaty region and Astana. He has experience in the General Prosecutor's Office.
He has held the position of Atyrau Transport Prosecutor of the Chief Transport Prosecutor's Office since April 2015.

The adviser of justice Aidos Tursynzhanovich Chormanov, born in 1978 was appointed the Prosecutor of Pavlodar.
The length of his service in the prosecution authorities is 17 years; he has worked in the Central Board of the General Prosecutor's Office for 11 years. Based on the results of the latest attestation, he is nominated for a higher position.
He occupied various positions, including leadership positions in the Prosecutor's Office of Almaty and the General Prosecutor's Office.
The newly appointed employees consistently passed all stages of the service in the prosecutor's office from the lower positions.
