On the instructions of the Prosecutor General, in order to protect the population rights and interests is conducted an analysis of the state of legality in the sphere of coal mining and circulation

The General Prosecutor’s Office continues to receive information on abuses of dominant and monopoly positions on the part of certain market entities in the field of coal trade, their anti-competitive actions and the use of multi-level intermediary structures, which leads to an increase in the cost of solid fuels.

The work on revealing and suppression of the facts of collusion of dishonest market subjects is begun.

At the same time, region prosecutors are instructed to ensure that uncontrolled and unjustified increases in coal prices in the pre-heating and heating season are prevented.
