Askhat Daulbaev, the Prosecutor General of Kazakhstan has held a meeting with Pavel Zeman, the Supreme State Prosecutor of Czech within the limits of the working visit to the Czech Republic.

Some prospects of the further activization of cooperation between Public Prosecutor’s services of two countries have been discussed during this meeting. It has been noticed that visit of the Kazakhstan delegation is an important step for the further development of the created effective mutual relations, an exchange of experience of development of systems of law. This meeting has been as confirmation of practical realization of the ideas which had been sighed in the Memorandum of cooperation between the Prosecutor General office of Kazakhstan and Czech, 2009.

P.Zeman has highly appreciated an importance of the Regional Conference of International association of public prosecutors for the countries Central, the Eastern Europe and the Central Asia which has been taken place in Astana in October of the past year. The Czech delegation has taken part also in this Conference. Also P.Zeman has suggested to support dynamics of development of cooperation and to make the further efforts for its strengthening.

The sides have agreed about development of contracts in the field of rendering of a legal assistance in this context and an extradition which will give an additional impulse to the bilateral relations.

Also A.Daulbaev has the meeting with L.Bradachova, the president of the Union of public prosecutors of Czech Republic. The sides have agreed about an expansion of bilateral contacts on an exchange of experience between the bodies of Public Prosecutor’s services of two countries. In particular, the Czech side has expressed the readiness to impart experience of implementation of legal rates of the European Union with the Kazakhstan’s colleagues and to create a modern model of activity of supervising bodies.
